Celebrate an Evening of Hollywood Glamour for The Kirsty Club

Celebrate an evening of sophisticated old-school Hollywood glamour at a glittering charity fundraising evening, “Hollywood Walk of Fame for The Kirsty Club”, on Thursday 9th October, at Royles Jaguar in Wilmslow. Guests will channel their Hollywood icons at the black and white themed charity event, sponsored by Mozhgan Taheri in association with Maia Photography, arriving in style to the transformed showroom with valet parking and a red carpet champagne reception, with canapés by Cakes by Keri, accompanied by soprano Scarlett Quigley, setting the scene for the extravagant evening of fashion and shopping ahead.

Hot off the heels of London Fashion Week, celebrity fashion designer, Zeynep Kartal, will present her Spring/Summer 2014 catwalk show, including a line of elegant ball gowns, in true Hollywood style. The talented Manchester-based designer, who has a growing fan base of actresses and presenters including Amanda Holden, Nikki Sanderson, Tess Daly, most recently Cheryl Cole’s dress on the cover of her latest single, ‘Crazy Stupid Love’, has designed a bespoke dress for Kirsty which will be unveiled on the night.

​Catwalk models will be wearing makeup by Lynette Page who recently celebrated the launch of her independent luxury makeup range at the flagship beauty boutique in Knutsford.

The fashion show will open in dramatic style with the famed Paula Randell as Dame Shirley Bassey. Paula is one of Europe’s foremost vocal and visual impersonators and authentic Dame Shirley Bassey Tribute Artistes.

In addition, Alderley Edge based Ayla Rose lingerie and bespoke tailors Howard and Harris, will also take to the catwalk with their new collections. Several shopping stalls and a mini raffle, will all to help raise funds for The Kirsty Club.
Hollywood walk of fame ‘stars’ are also available to sponsor in advance of the evening with business names, individuals and celebrities being added on to the stars, displayed in the dazzling showroom. Stars can be purchased at the same time as tickets or by calling Jo on 07525 649615.

Jo Scott-Aspray, organiser of the evening says “This event is going to be a glamourous affair. We wanted to add some sparkle, excitement and fun to this event teamed with Zeynep’s glamorous clothing collection - everything ties in beautifully. “I am very excited about it especially as so many local businesses have come together for this truly special cause, The Kirsty Club benefitting Francis House Hospice in Didsbury. The Kirsty Club is close to my heart due to one special young lady, Miss Kirsty Howard who is my inspiration and an absolute star! “We also thought we would continue after with a VIP party at Revolution Bar where guests will be treated to a drink, mini casino and photo booth and enjoy the soulful sounds of Ed Norris.”
