Hi Rik,

Many thanks for your kind donation to my London Marathon 2012 event, I’ll return the favour and support you in yours too.

Keep in touch with how your training is going.

It’s hard work but well worth it!

Regards

Nigel.

Cheers Ness. As you know with Neil its the training that is the real hard work. But the effort will be worthwhile to raise as much as possible for this great cause

Training is going well, first 20+ mile run at the weekend and it felt like it!

I have reached my initial, modest target so have raised the bar a little. Thank you to everyone who has supported my fundraising so far but it would be great to really push on and exceed my new target.

Good luck with all the training and sponsorship Rik, it is an enormous challenge to run a full marathon. If everyone could sponsor Rik it will make all his fantastic efforts so worthwhile.

5 weeks to go… training is intense! Another 20-22 mile run planned for Sunday (gulp). Having said that my training is nothing compared to what the kids are going through, so please if you can, sponsor me and Nigel and help us raise as much as possible for this great charity.
