The launch of The Great Manchester Run 2012 is taking place at The Hilton Hotel’s fantastic Cloud 23 bar at 11am on Thursday 17th November. It is amazing how quickly the run comes around, and equally as disappointing! If you want to do the run but don’t have a place The Kirsty Club have a big turn out for next year, but there are only a few – and I mean a FEW places – left to run for Kirsty and Francis House. Kirsty will again be a guest at this year’s Sports Personality of the Year Awards, which is being held at Media City, Salford, on Thursday 22nd December, and broadcast live on BBC1. Kirsty always looks forward to attending this prestigious event and is a very proud past winner of The Helen Rollason Award. It also gives her the chance to catch up with her celebrity sporting friends.

Long-time supporter Nigel Milligan will be running the London Marathon in 2012 and raising funds for The Kirsty Club! Please help support him during his training, as well as sponsoring him for what will be a tremendous fundraising effort. Kirsty will be helping turn on The Christmas Lights in Bramhall, Cheshire at 7:00pm on Thursday 1st December and there will be four days of celebrations with Christmas Market Stalls and Lots of Live Bands performing on Sunday 4th December so do come along and join us for some Festive Fun.
